Shipping Method and Time
The Singing Bowl Shop sends all orders by the United States Postal Service. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Standard, Priority, and Domestic Overnight. We normally ship the items in one to two business days. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.

If you would prefer to order offline, just send us an email with your name, telephone number, and what you would like to order, and we will call and get the rest of your information by phone.
Payment Methods
On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
JCB, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.
Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.
If you want to pay by money order or cash, please send it to Sylvia Smelcer at 8711 Burnet Rd. Suite F-68 Austin, TX 78757. Please leave us a note with your
item numbers.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any singing bowls in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). It normally takes two weeks for the singing bowls to reach you if they are on backorder.
Return Policy
The Singing Bowl Shop wants you to be happy with your singing bowl purchase. You can return or exchange your singing bowl order by the following policies.
United States
If any singing bowl is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the singing bowls, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping price on returned singing bowls or orders that qualified for free shipping. For those items qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost if you return the items.
Countries Outside United States
If you are dissatisfied with your singing bowl, you can return the item within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping.
