Brown Singing BowlsOur brown singing bowl sections features bowls made from seven metals in brown, and also bowls that are copper in color. Many bowls in this section have designs painted on them in copper. The designs shown on our singing bowls include the lotus flower, this flower is significant in Buddhism because it is one of the eight auspicious symbols, and because it is representation of Buddhism. The fact that the roots of the lotus flower are in the mud and it grows up throught the water seeking light represent the progress of the soul. Some other designs on our singing bowls include the Tibetan Buddhist mantra, om mani padme hum, and the yin yang symbol. There is a wooden striker (also known as a puja) included with each singing bowl on our site. If you would prefer a leather striker, or if you are interested in items we have to go along with your singing bowl such as a singing bowl cushion, please see our singing
bowl accessories section. |
